Renting a villa on the edge of CDP in early Sep. Looking for some restaurants in the area that have great wine cellars (and good food). I know someone posted a rec a while back but can’t find it. Any thoughts greatly appreciated!
La Beaugravière in Mondragon is a must.

I haven’t been in a few years but CdP was bereft of good restaurants. The problem with going to La Beaugraviere or some good places in Avignon is having to drive back after drinking.
L’Oustau de Baumaniere in Les Baux. If the mistral isn’t blowing and you can eat outside, the view alone is to die for. Ate there 3x and stayed there 2x, and I think the food alone would be worth a visit. You might also check Patricia Wells web materials and/or cookbooks. She has a place in Provence and makes frequent dining suggestions in the region.
