Want to let my fellow Berserker’s know about an offline my friend Matt Goldman and I are arranging for tomorrow night in LA. He’s putting this together through reddit/wine, and the group is a mix of wine geeks and normal people. We have 1-3 spots still open. Format is $100 buy-in pooled to buy the bottles and dinner on an individual basis. Opening 89 Bonneau du Martray Corton Charlie, 86 Heitz Martha’s, 64 Fontanafredda Barolo, 80s Bordeaux, 1970 Faustino, among other cool aged Old World wines – and with each extra person, we can add more bottles! Dinner starts at 8PM at Le Petit Restaurant in Sherman Oaks.
