Please report back on Kabuto. I’ll be in Vegas in May and while I usually go to Kabuto, I am thinking of trying Kame or Yui Edomae this trip.
I was a bit disappointed with Kabuto. The rice was too warm and it was underseasoned. They relied heavily on the fake bluefin from Spain. Their cooked dishes were just ok and their sake list was very up the fairway.
My friend who’s distributes sake in Vegas says Yui is better.
I really liked Raku which is Robato place. Quality was high but execution sloppy at izakaya go.
Chada Street better than Chada.
