Chicago Champagne Dinner - THIS SUNDAY! (10/30)

On Sunday at 6pm, Nellcôte / RM Champagne Salon is hosting a 5-course dinner where I’ll walk attendees through the history of Champagne with 8 incredible wines.

COURSE ONE:
Venison Tartare. smoked egg yolk. preserved lemon. quinoa. mustard.
Salmon Tartare. jalapeño vinaigrette. scallion.

COURSE TWO:
Duck Rillettes. frisée. pickled red onion. grilled bread.

COURSE THREE:
Classic Neopolitan Style Margherita Pizza. san marzano tomatoes. basil. extra virgin olive oil. buffalo mozzarella.

COURSE FOUR:
Seared Scallops. heirloom tomato. fregola. kale. saffron. pork lardo
