Going to be picking up some Sake in SF late April. If anyone is interested in trying out some different types of Nama Sake (unpasteurized). (Not to get confused with Nigori Sake)
I believe this type of sake is becoming a lot more popular as of late.
I will be picking up at True Sake in SF from what they recommend.
Will have to pick out a date/location in Orange County, but looking for any initial interest.
