Rich that could be fun. Seems there are a number of vintages floating around. PJs has a few older ones. I’ve read a few reports on Cellar Tracker where people are doing the vertical at tastings. The fun part, as we saw in the movie, will be evaluating weather impact on a particular vintage as well as age. Assuming technique and style is more or less the same give or take vintage variance.
I have not capped the tasting so welcome Jorge. We are at 16 people so if anyone thinks we should cap it here, please speak up. FYI, anything over 14 people will require 2 separate tables but they will be side by side. What does everyone think?
Nothing has changed. No cancellations. I am bringing 2011 Domaine Romain Guiberteau Saumur Les Motelles & 2008 Francois Cazin, Cour-Cheverny “Cuvee Renaissance”
