Wonderful lineup last night at Chablis for a Cult - Second Label dinner.

A few bottles of bubbly to start and a sticky to close the night with the following in the middle:

Don’t recall many notes taken, but these bottles all showed beautifully. Looking forward to the next one…

The Monsieur Etains were a bit young. The Second Flight while younger, was drinking really well (primarily Merlot); The Harlan '01 and '02 were my favorites Cabs of the evening.
