I have a 9 pm reservation on Friday 8/26 at Roister in Chicago (New Alinea Restaurant Group) http://www.roisterrestaurant.com/ that my wife and I can not make. The reservation is a “hearth” reservation at the chefs counter. I paid $90.00 to secure the reservation. $90.00 is then credited towards the food. I cannot cancel the reservation, but I can transfer it to another party. You do not have to pay me, I just don’t want the reservation to go to waste.
