putting some feelers to see if any berserkers would be interested in taking my apartment in NYC in August. 2BR, 2 full bath, approx 1000 sq feet. high floor, pre-war doorman blding on park ave in the 30s. great big kitchen. we can discuss wine fridge privileges

freezer has an ice maker - literally unlimited ice. take as much as you want. come back a little later, and it’s full again. so, basically, it’s magic.

and that just the ice!
