Look delicious. Risotto without cheese, no problem. What was the method on the tenderloin? Great consistent color.

Man, the tenderloin was a bit smaller, barely 3/4 of a pound. But I rubbed it with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Then I seared it in a pan for a few minutes and then took the whole thing to the oven for maybe 8 minutes at 350. All in all, it was done and plated in under 15 minutes.

Risotto is spinach, peas and a bit of mushrooms.

Rice? If it’s only spinach, peas, and mushrooms, I need the recipe. Always trying to stay Paleo.
