Anyone know a good large-bore injector?

I have a hypodermic-style injector with two needles, but even the largest needle is barely 1 mm. I have a pastry bag, but I have trouble getting enough force behind it to inject something thick, like chevre. I made some stuffed mini-peppers that I had to stuff with my fingers. I also like to inject stuffing into pockets in things like pork chops and chicken breasts. I would rather a large bore injector that could handle something like a one centimeter diameter or larger bore, but I have been unable to find anything. Anyone have any suggestions?

Yeah I use my Beast Injector occasionally. Solidly made piece of equipment. Comes with three different types of needles. Here it is

Shouldn’t this be in NSFW?

There isn’t an NSFW forum. pepsi

You Called ?

If you don’t want to use your fingers anymore and your needle is too small, have you considered using your mouth?

I have something like that, but the needles are too thin for something like injecting a mushroom puree into a pocket I cut in a chicken breast.

And the winner of the race to the bottom is . . .

Use a cookie press?

Jay,

Google “catheter tip syringe”. 2 oz/ 60ml, with a tapered tip. It might work and I’ll send you one free of charge if you’d like.

A “Toomey syringe” is very similar and with the thumb ring may be even easier to use. Available online.
