Low GMO Oils; Best For Cooking/Infusions?

For dietary reasons we are trying to move away from using as much olive oils and are looking for low gmo oils like canola, soybean, etc to use instead. I have access through work to get a variety of them in larger formats, and I like to make herb infused oils from our garden to dress foods up a bit (rosemary, sage, thyme, mint). What do people use that they are the most happy with? Favorites? Any issues with smoke points that are too low?

TIA

Grapeseed. Also, sunflower and peanut. But grapeseed has no flavor (if that is what you are looking for). and a very high smoking point

Pecan oil - https://royaltypecans.com/blogs/news/health-benefits-of-pure-pecan-oil
Avocado oil - https://draxe.com/avocado-oil/

Both have very high smoke points.

Avocado

What do you mean by low GMO? Canola and soybean oil is all GMO.

Yeh, that confused me as well.

Yep. Olive, sunflower and peanut olis are all non-GMO.

Yeh, my understanding from a GMO view is:

Bad Oils:
Canola
Vegetable
Soybean
Cottonseed
Corn

Good oils:
EVOO from a good source (410-420)
Grapeseed (400-420)
Avocado (520)
Ghee (485)
Butter from a good source (350)
Virgin coconut oil (350)
Peanut (450)
Sunflower (440)
Pecan (470)

Naturally I probably missed a few. I put the smoke point in () based on a few internet sites.

Ghee will plug you up, in an all-natural way.

I like to cook with Lard, tallow, duck fat etc because they make food taste so darn good. Butter too, usually mixed with some olive oil. And if you use good sources (grass fed) the fats have all sorts of good nutritional benefits.
