Culver’s…the chef has created something called a “butter burger” that’s a whimsical take on a classic diner burger. No detail is spared. He even has the server stand in front of a cash register atop an actual Formica counter. And get this…the entire thing is served in a basket on a plastic tray. So clever!

Years ago, Jim Davis (creator of the Garfield cartoon) had a fantastic restaurant called Foxfire or Firefox or something like that. Excellent food and great wine list. But that was a long, long time ago and it has long since closed. Sold off to the wine and his cellar, IIRC.
