I’ll be going to Spain soon and visiting the following cities:
Madrid
Salamanca
Caceres
Aracena
Sevilla
Granada
Marbella
Malaga
Any recommendations for dining out and wine tasting would be much appreciated!
add Segovia to that list. I am going in July and am interested in this thread.

El Club Allard in Madrid was excellent last year. Great wine list as well and not over priced.
Do not miss Diver XO in Madrid. One of the best restaurants I have ever been to. Book way in advance.
They are open for lunch too.
