Definitely one of the most exciting recent restaurant openings. We stayed at the Inn for two days and dined at the restaurant on Saturday night. Outstanding overall experience. The food is heavily influenced by Japanese cuisine combined with local Sonoma fare. I would say it ranks up there with the best restaurants in the U.S. and certainly in the same league as Manresa, Saison etc. In particular they excel with fish - both cooked and raw. And the breakfast at the Inn is the best breakfast I have ever had outside of Japan.
