Thanks. My usual is with an EVOO poached egg but that wouldn’t work in this situation. And pancetta … yum.
I decided to make this vegan and did a variation on this Sichuan-Style Asparagus and Tofu Salad Recipe Went with coconut aminos to keep it wheat free (I think)
Haven’t had the finished product yet, but the Sichaun sauce is awesome although I think the numbing effect might trip some people out.
