In need to replace some kitchen appliances. Currently have a microwave oven combo. Wife wants similar replacement. Any experience with any of the newer oven / speed combos that are now every where. Looking at boche / Miele / Jann-air

Convection oven?
Just getting back to the board Tom. Yes, they are double convection ovens. Follow the link and you will find out everything you ever needed to know. The double fan situation works much better than our old single fan convection oven. We also bought the not to cheap pizza stone. Extremely heavy but works wonders. Our old stones from Sur La Table kept cracking.
Our almost 30 year old Gaggenau died and we replaced it with Fisher-Paykel. It is the worst appliance we have ever owned.
