What would be on a burger that is themed after the movie Young Frankenstein?
(They can be crazy, even abby-normal toppings, but it has to be something a person would actually eat.)
In honor of the Frau Blucher bit, if you don’t tell your guests they’re eating horse meat, chances are they’d like it.
If you want to really impress folks, mix Ritz crackers into the horse meat in place of bread crumbs. Then top the burger with fries covered in brown gravy and cheese curds.
You’ve now got poutine on the Ritz.

I like the Ritz cracker idea. You could give it a hump. Maybe half a pearl onion embedded in it?
