PORK BELLY

Here we have the best pork belly ever. All credits goes to Mr. Ottolenghi. I found the recipe in the GUARDIAN. As I haven´t found pork belly with ribs, I reduced the cooking time a little bit. BTW, I used pork belly from Duroc pigs.
