Wild Boar BULETTE

What you call Hamburger or meatballs, we call in Berlin Bulette, in the west part of Germany called Frikadelle and in Bavaria called _Fleischpflanzer_l. Around of Berlin we have a lot of wild boars in the forest and I got this meat from a hunter. Best meatballs ever. Normally it is used beef, pig or a combination with veal. Serve it with potato salad or why not coleslaw. Very traditional german dish.
