Picked up a rib cap!!
Grabbed a 3 lb rib cap and some other things. Hard to resist a Flannery sale.
We had the full 7 rib California Reserve roast for Christmas day…I am ruined forever!

That is just a gateway drug…I did two 3lb rib caps for Christmas…takes it up another notch from the prime rib in a fraction of the time

Thanks Josh! I have been ordering from Flannery for years. This is the first time I have tried the full 7 bone rib. The rib caps are indeed awesome!
