“Semmelknödel” is a traditional bavarian partner for braised meat dishes. Utterly delicious and perfectly to absorb the sauce. In addition you can make it in advance if you like. Also perfectly if you have old bread at home and don´t want to throw it away. BTW, I served it to the dish “Beef Stew with Prunes”.
Note: here we have a modern version of bavaria dumplings.
