Not a very intense BTG list, are you intimidated by it? I’d go with a glass or two each of Albarino and Tempranillo.

I’ve found Basque ciders pair very well with these types of meals, maybe ask for a glass to start and see how it feels. The other tapas joint on the block (La Taberna) has a great Spanish cider on tap that I’ve been craving since I last had it.
