GAZPACHO

It´s hot in German and we expect around 40 C in the coming days. Here comes my secret weapon, Gazpacho. I love this cold spanish soup. Fair to say my version is special, I don´t sieve it, I don´t add little cucumber, bell pepper cubes, serano ham etc. on top, I don´t use green pepper and I don´t use sherry vinegar instead tomato vinegar from Austria. Also I don´t use spicy pimenton de la vera. Anyway, it taste great. I think the most important thing for this dish is the quality of the tomatoes. I found some tasty&sweet little tomatoes from Sicily.

I like your recipe, keeps it to the key ingredients. And I would never sieve this either unless I needed the juice for cocktails!

Just a little bit of parsley or basil goes a loooong way in this recipe, it needs an herb.
