Has anyone tried the Nordic Ware 365 Indoor/Outdoor Kettle Smoker? Any thoughts? Other suggestions? Indoor is my only option…
I just read that you can’t use the Nordic Ware on a ceramic stovetop, which I unfortunately have, so any other indoor recommendations? Anyone try this one:

you have no idea how bad an idea it is! 
That may well be true, but they do sell these products designed for indoor use and the reviews do not seem too bad. Does anyone have any actual experience with them or specific thoughts. “Bad idea” is sort of weak!

just get the smoke gun. i use it all the time to smoke stuff indoors. $100 and works perfectly. obviously, it doesn’t cook the food like a proper smoker, but the food doesn’t care one way or the other…
