I relished the opportunity to dine at the Moulin de Mougins - a gorgeous restaurant that highlighted local fresh produce from Provence and, more particularly, the Côte d’Azur. I met Chef Vergé on a couple of occasions in the restaurant, and he was very king and gracious. Merci, Chef. Repose en paix.
