There is so much fresh sage on my balcony, time for Gnocchi with sage butter or Saltimbocca. Saltimbocca means jump in the mouth.
I also recommend it when you have not much time for cooking. It goes very fast and is quite enjoyable.

I made this from the old site and really liked it. As such, I was happy to see it pop-up again. I made it Monday night and it was a hit. After splashing the veal back in the sauce, I throw in some cooked noodles and briefly saute. Love it.
I love this dish but I most often make it with chicken breast.
With good prosciutto and some nice sage leaves – not really all that difference!
The last one I made, I followed a recipe that had you ROLL UP the breasts stuffed with some cooked and squeezed spinach, and a chunk of feta.
