I have no ice-cream machine, instead I make Parfait. You need only 5 egg yolks, 500ml cream, 120g sugar and the flavor you like.
I recommend roast apples including cinnamon, clove, almonds, hazelnuts and raisins. A bit work, but on the other hand utterly delicious.
A more simple version is a cinnamon-parfait, this means you add only 1-2tbsp cinnamon and 2 tbsp cognac to the basic mixture of egg-yolks, cream and sugar. Serve the cinnamon parfait with fruits.
