SALMON TARTARE

Please, use very fresh salmon (sashimi quality) for this recipe. Lovely as a starter for a menu or nice dish with a chilled Rosé on the balcony or garden. Sorry to say we had almost 20C yesterday. Spring is coming…….

And be careful using salt&pepper due to the soy sauce. BTW, I never mention salt&pepper on my ingredients, as it is clear for me that every recipe needs salt&pepper.
