ROULADE

Here comes an all-time german classic Roulade. Here we have thin slices of beef rolled with sour pickle and mustard, onion and bacon. Browned, then braised with red wine and beef broth/water in a dutch oven.

I already published it in october in the forum, but not on my WINEBERSERKERS blog so far.
