In the market for a new set of pans. Recommendations and/or anything to avoid?
Corey…I have no idea what your goals are in getting a “new set of pans.” Before I read/posted on the above thread, I had never heard of DeBuyer (or, more accurately, had seen them and had no idea what they were). Now I swear by them and have three pans that are my favorites for many things: sauteeing, searing, frying eggs, etc.
Something to consider, depending on your goals and needs.
