Looks excellent, Martin, and easy. Finding radicchio di Treviso Tardivo might be a problem, though; is it substantially different from everyday radicchio, which is fairly common year-round in the stores?

YES Frank, not easy to find and a bit different from the regular Radicchio which means more sublime and also a touch more bitter. In addition also only in january&february (march?) available.
