QUICHE LORRAINE

Here comes an all-time french classic. Perfectly with some fresh green salad. Of course you could use ready-made puff pastry if you have not the time for making an own dough. But to make an own dough is much better and goes quite fast.

I would use ham instead of bacon, as I found bacon sometimes too salty. Optional you could add some chive on top shortly before serving. Optional you could also add some cooked leek to the ham&cheese.
