Waaaait a minute Martin – you are assuming the gnocchi are store bought!

If you want GOOD gnocchi you have to make them yourself. That generally involves potatoes, flour, burned fingers and boiling water. So add 45 minutes or so.

YES, ready-made gnocchi. Take into consideration that I recommend this recipe for a moment when you have no time for 1h preparation and cooking. It´s has to go fast.

So it’s more of a sauce recipe. Great, but I too was hoping for a gnocchi recipe! It’s something my wife has put a little time into learning but she’s not there yet.
