How are the roast from Brian packaged…in other words if I bought early for christmas, can I keep it fresh till the holidays? Is it frozen?
Haven’t bought a roast, but steaks typically come individually vacuum packed in plastic, and not frozen. I’d guess the roast would be packed that way as well. Given that Bryan is selling this specifically for the holidays, I’d think it should be just fine.
I called him. he said typically the roast will last 4-5 days in the packaging in just the fridge. If worried about it, freeze it one night, then put in the fridge the next day.
Suggested setting delivery for the 19th to avoid the OMG it didnt make it of christmas shipping
I did end up ordering a nice roast as well as restocked fillets for the wife.
Going to be a nice christmas with steak and bdx

The rib cap rib fillet combo looks so good.
I cooked the roast in my smoker at 300 till 125 and foiled it for 20 minutes. Made a Diane sauce and plated 1.5" thick slices with sauce. Was very good.
