Looks excellent and, with the cheese component, a good match for dessert wine . IMO a completely sweet dessert makes for a tougher match.

Not a huge fan of pears but it does look good! Any thoughts as to a substitute for pears? Apples maybe?

We don´t have a Pear-Strudel. It´s all about the mix with the blue cheese&brioche.

Oh, I’m going to make it just wondered if anyone had tried a different fruit.
