heading to key west in a few months, any can’t miss restaurants while i’m there with my wife? doesn’t necessarily need to have a great list… much rather be drinking some beers & rum

No, there isn’t, unfortunately. Your best bets are El Siboney for decent Cuban, Blue Heaven for nice outdoor ambience and decent seafood, and Paseo for Caribbean sandwiches. Same Paseo as in Seattle, but without the 1 hour lines.
Keep it simple is the best advice.
Michaels of a Key West is outstanding. Michael was the corporate chef for Morton’s for 7 years and everyone who visits there comes away happy.
