Ingredients
Entrecôte/Flanksteak
Ruccola
Parmesan

Vinaigrette: lemon juice&aceto balsamico&olive oil
optional: 1 tsp mustard

Preparation
Put ruccola to a bowl. Add vinaigrette and on top shavings of parmesan. Finally slices of medium flanksteak.

Sweet little recipe – the only steak salad I’ve made was one with hanger steak from a cookbook by Anthony Bourdain. But you kind of hide the little morsels of hanger steak in the salad instead of putting it on top.
We’ve made that one several times.
