Anyone that wants to try tacos made from all things pig gotta check this place out. All these damn hipster spots opening in grand central market but over and over I find myself here chowing down on pork rib and pork feet tacos

I think the most underrated part of the taco is the salsa. I don’t need a puffy taco, just give me a nice Asada or Al Pastor taco with a great salsa and I’m done.
