Maybe missing some of the “house made pickled xxx” type descriptors
They forgot the fried calamari (bait), sriracha anything & bacon-wrapped/infused/crumbled everything!
They forgot “Tofu in Truffle Oil with Mung Bean Sprouts and Sautéed Hutchinson River Parkway Dandelion Greens.”
They also left out “Gluten Free Deconstructed Boeuf Wellington With Raspberry Coulis.”
Also left out— “Flatbread with Caramelized Leftovers”.
Don’t forget the list of $16 craft cocktails with cutesy names that are basically your standard Martini, Manhattan, Mojito, or Margarita with bitters or citrus from some unknown fruit.

Sucker steak and vaguely French Mac n Cheese is indeed endemic!
It’s funny, but I plan to go right on eating everything on there.
yeah it all sounds delicious regardless of being trite.
Except I’ve given up on ordering deviled eggs at restaurants. I found it charming when they started showing up on menus but they’re never any better than the ones I make at home (basic old fashioned mustard and mayonnaise recipe with good smoked paprika)
Why is this scary? I just watched Texas Chainsaw Massacre; now that was scary!
‘Scary’ because as others noted I’m still enjoying those meals and hadn’t realized how predictable (if not cliched) they are.
