The ol’ winery is growing and we need to buy a new press. Looking at Europress P24 (2400 Liter) and P&L Specialities M.A.S. Mythos (2600 Liter).
Ease of cleaning is a big deal for me, among other things. Do ya’ll have any experience with the above presses / brands? Apparently the M.A.S. folks used to work at Willmes. Europress seems to be a standard like Waukesha.
