After several years of renting a crusher/destemmer (and frustrated by the inability to adjust rollers so that every grape isn’t crushed to death) I’m in the market for buying an electric c/d. I typically process 1000 to 1500 pounds of grapes. I’m looking at the Ferrari GSC models, but am open to other suggestions and/or opinions re the Ferrari model.
