Jolly 50 Destemmer with Auger

Just picked up a used fixed speed machine, and a question on the output.
How far/high will the auger push must?

Hoping to keep de-stemmer on wheels and pump up into an adjacent 48" fermenter bin.

Have choices of 3" or 2" hose from reducer, and can put a 2" flex impeller pump on if needed, but not sure it would be fed fast enough.

Any tips would be appreciated.

Sorry to be so blunt, Sheldon, but this is a terrible idea. If you want to be a boutique winery, don’t make wine like an industrial winery, and that means well-tended, well-picked, well-sorted fruit as a starting point. After doing all that work, why would you send it through an auger? Especially into m48s?
