red wine serving temp vs decanting?

Hi

How do you decant and let a wine breathe and open up, while also keeping it cooler than room temperature, especially if you want to decant it for a longer period of time e.g. an hour?

If you don’t have a cool place to keep the decanter just double decant. Bottle to decanter back to bottle, put cork back in and put back in your cold storage until ready to serve.
