Was wondering if there are any Wine Storage facilities that holds sales for their clients any time of the year in Orange County or LA.
Garage sale style pretty much out of their cellar.

I don’t think this is legal.
I think you have to consign your wine over to a licensed retailer in order to do this. There are very few split retailer/storage facilities around. I only know of one of this type in SoCal, although I admit I’m no expert in SoCal wine storage.
