Um, stunt brewing

Stunt or genius, it’ll probably end up tasting better than DuClaw’s Sweet Baby Jesus.
Definitely stunt brewing. Potentially genius marketing — that all depends on whether it sells-through quickly.
Stunt marketing and sounds like absolutely f’n gross. But as we all know, the Fan Boys will buy this up by the dozen and we’ll see it being rated as one of the top beers in America in all due time.
Yet there are no beers of this sort in Rate Beer’s top 50. Limited appeal to a limited number of people. It may get them some attention, and allow them to sell a few other beers, but if those aren’t very good then it did more harm than good. Probably not a beer to build your business plan on, and probably not good for the industry from an FDA standpoint.
Not exactly like the Rate Beers 50 is a model of diversity… Just sayin’.
I didn’t say it was. Certainly it is one measure of the best beers in America, and it doesn’t include any stunt beers.
