The cell phone companies long ago lobbied Congress to make these devices illegal in the US. There was a brief time when you could buy them (and they were fairly cheap) and they were advertised in magazines various catalogues. I thought it would be funny to have one in your car and drop the calls from the people around you who were talking when they should be driving. I have never known or talked to anyone who actually bought one. Seems a bit useless of a product if you ask me. Although I liked the idea of movie theaters and the like having them, but see my first sentence as to why that never happened.

Yeah, that’s some nasty beer but they make lots of good stuff in Brasil now. Craving some Baden Baden about now…

I want one of the cell phone blockers for our store! Does anyone have a way of getting one from outside the country? The radius is small, but putting it right at the register would get the job done.
