Cannot blame them for cashing out at that level, crazy money. I don’t see how Constellation can make a return on this, what are they expecting revenue at BP to do? Increase exponentially? I think there are so many small local breweries everywhere that craft beer drinkers will just shift what they drink as these breweries are bought up.
They must see a huge market for their liquor and mixer line.
Instead of their original IPO plans they sell to CB, good for them, a billion bucks, makes me wonder what Stone is worth in this merging market.
