    Haven’t touched this wine in 3 years. Never expected this to be an ager, but held a few bottles in the name of science. Very faint yellow. Lots of Granny Smith apple in the nose. Explosive flavor in the mouth with apple, a tiny bit tart (but not overblown) and a really long finish. For a more bold SB, this had held on well. Drink now or hold to see where it goes. (90 pts.)
