    Taste from Coravin - this is in a good place, and the Rhys house style is recognizable: slightly sappy fruit, some herbal stem complexity. Very correct pinot, reads as California but in a controlled way, with ripe fruit, spice and acid all in balance on the palate. Flavorful but still light mouthfeel. As good as most SVD pinots, so good value presented here. 91, pushing 92. (91 pts.)

I just drank one of these from 2010 and find it quite similar to your note… Liked it.
